![]() | Who are the vendors offering BI Appliances in the current market? The first answer would be Netezza. There are obvious ones but there are hidden ones too. It seems the market for appliances is hot and every one of the big IT companies has already started in this journey. The list I know (heard about or was briefly involved in) are: Netezza:www.netezza.com Datallegro: www.datallegro.com IBM BCU: http://db.uwaterloo.ca/tcde-smdb/smdb08talks/rizvi.pdf Oracle Optimised Warehouse: http://www.oracle.com/solutions/busi...s/oowi-faq.pdf HP: http://h71028.www7.hp.com/enterprise...0-225-121.html Any other ones you may know about? I expect the market for BI appliances will be huge... Regards, ZS |
