We’re looking for multiple experienced Information and Technical Analyst contractors to join our team

Position scope

We’re on the lookout for a talented, creative-minded Information & Technical Analyst. A great work ethic, passion to own and exceptional communications skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.

You will liaise closely with client contacts to gain a clear understanding of their requirements and with the internal production teams with which you work to ensure that these requirements are effectively met. Through your attention to detail and your ability to effectively communicate with other team members and clients each project will be of exceptional quality.

You must have a high level of understanding of emerging web technologies with a demonstrated ability to co-ordinate technical teams on projects while scoping and identifying requirements. The ability to be self-directed and motivated in management and prioritising of workload is paramount. You must be able to perform under pressure and consistently provide and create work of the highest standard.

Key abilities

• Be enthusiastic and passionate about web development and working with Content Management Systems (CMS’s)
• Can work well with other team members and clients
• Can communicate effectively both technically and non-technically with a variety of people, including clients at all levels
• Can write clear-cut technical documents discussing solution objectives and requirements
• Can display working knowledge in emerging web development technologies and new products
• Can co-ordinate and direct large groups of team members and client contacts during scoping and requirements gathering.
• Has an attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality
• Understands and can respect professional confidentiality

Key skills & experience

• Have exceptional customer service skills
• Have at least 3 years industry experience working as a business or technical analyst;
  • Business needs analysis and requirements gathering
  • Information architecture (creation, management, documenting and communicating)
  • Experience working with WCM (Web content management) systems and CMS’s (Content Management Systems)
• Have a clear understanding and advanced level knowledge of:
  • General web technologies; jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
  • Technical documentation methodologies
  • Object Oriented Analysis and Design methodologies
• Have previous experience working in product development within the web / Internet industry
• Have exceptional documentation (technical and non-technical) skills
• Have exceptional customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

Advantageous

• SiteCore, or SharePoint CMS analysis and scoping experience.
• Mobile web and application analysis and scoping experience
