We’re looking for an experienced digital producer to join our team

Position scope

You will be responsible for effectively managing various sized projects with all manner of professionals and your focus will be to provide excellent service delivery to both the client and the internal production team and to deliver projects on time and in budget.

You will have excellent communication skills and be an effective and motivating team player who can perform under pressure in a demanding environment and consistently deliver work of the high standards expected at Gruden.

You must be able to display sound knowledge in the latest web technologies and have the drive to understand and apply emerging trends/technologies to projects where appropriate.

You will need excellent attention to detail and be able to respond quickly to daily changing business needs and timelines with good humour and professionalism.

Essential Skills

• Be self motivated and have the drive to learn and update new skills in emerging technologies
• Exceptional customer service and time management skills
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to function as a team player.
• Excellent attention to detail
• At least 3 years experience as a digital project manager/producer with a strong portfolio
• Proven project management skills in planning, budgeting, change requests, scheduling and documentation
• Excellent understanding of web-based technologies & tools and their commercial application
• Experience in the preparation of wireframes, IA and other relevant scoping documentation

Desirable Skills

• Previous agency experience
• Relevant qualifications
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, .NET, ColdFusion& how systems integrate
• Knowledge of enterprise CMS systems &Flash/Flex implementations
• Experience in running and contributing to workshops/focus groups etc
• Understanding of web standards
• Experience with SEO/SEM
• Creative and technical writing ability
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
