Summary

We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to join a*full-service, client-focussed digital agency.

As a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant for Gruden, you will be working closely with every aspect of our business, including Sales, Partners, Development, Creative, and the Project Management Teams. You will maintain a collaborative, team-based approach while delivering exceptional results to our existing and potential new customers.

The position of Technical Software Consultant requires a strong Software and IT background in developing and/or deploying Enterprise level Solutions including but not limited to CMS and Web based Applications, Webservices, Sharepoint (technologies could include, Adobe enterprise solutions, Sitecore, Ektron or other CMS technologies are desired but mandatory). It is also a plus if you have experience in scoping and pricing digital projects covering a broad spectrum of solutions, from website development through to mobile application development.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about Technology, eCommerce, & solving customer problems, and must keep up with the latest trends in the market as it is his/her responsibility to provide the Technical knowledge and credibility during the Pre-Sales Process to a potential client.

In order to be successful you MUST also be comfortable making presentations to, and gathering requirements from, clients. Experience working for a Digital Agency, Vendor, Systems Integrator or distributor / reseller is a plus.

Experience, Skills and Attributes

• Have experience leading IT Teams and deploying Enterprise solutions
• Be exceptionally confident and yet at the same time be accurate and honest & not make assumptions
• Be exceptionally charismatic and have experience working with Sales Teams to help close deals
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills (fluent in English)
• Have the ability to pick up new technologies quickly and stay informed of the latest trends
• Be very comfortable in a fast paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly.

The successful candidate will have a Pre-Sales Technical Consulting experience in Digital solutions and/or IT consulting field.
