Default CRM Capability

Hi binboy,

What are you actually trying to achieve ? Maybe a self developed mart or warehouse would be able to give you what you want for a fraction of the price.

Remember that when you buy a CRM system that's only 14% of your expensiture the rest is in cleaning, staging and loading the data.

Happy to have a chat with you about this my email address hitchman@mip.com.au

Default Try Salsforce

Hi,

Why dont you try salesforce.... http://www.salesforce.com.au/home.asp

They are pretty cheap and web based they are a low cost CRM but you can get reports etc and they have various add on depending on your level of sophistication

You can also upload all your customers and product using your existing spreadsheets or sales files.

I set up a company with a 200 million dollar turnover and put all there sales reps and outbound call centre onto sales force and they are very happy with it

Default Recommend Saleforce

I agree Patrick, plus they have a fantastic community of plug-in product developers. There must be thousands of add-in Salesforce products out there now. So you can generally find very neat ways to add to Salesforce.com's 'standard' functionality.
