![]() | Today I received some sales spam from SalesForce.com. Nothing unusual about that except that we are a customer of SalesForce.com. It’s not a good demonstration of their product capabilities if the king of SaaS Customer Relationship Management can’t internally identify who their customer are. #Fail SalesForce needs a better CRM system.
