Thumbs up Business Objectives Continuum

I've been playing around with a way to represent the range of business objectives that you can have when 'doing' BI. Here's what I have so far. It's not quite there yet but I thought that I would share the idea and see what others think. In my experience everyone is struggling with similar issues and >80% of BI in Australia addresses the left 1/3 of the continuum. Success in the other 2/3 is possible and some Australian examples exist. Click to enlarge the picture. Feedback welcome!
