We are a small but fast growing data agency and need an experienced account manager to support our managing director and wider team in all things client service and project management.
We need someone who truly believes that the client is king and ensures we do everything we can to help them achieve their business objectives while at the same time making some profit. This would cover everything from identifying new opportunities, scoping out projects and writing proposals over updating clients, planing timelines and coordinating resources to chasing estimate approvals, agreed deliverables and invoice payments.
You should be able to comfortably juggle multiple projects and effectively manage client expectations while at the same time still making each client feel appreciated. We are not looking for another analyst or developer and are willing to invest in training to get you up to speed in our specialties, however you should definitely have a proven track record agency side in managing large clients and complex projects all the way from scoping to final delivery.
We cannot afford a senior person at this time but definitely need someone that can just roll with it without constant supervision so it's a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to grow professionally and take on some more responsibility in a start-up environment with a young and dynamic team.
