Crystal reports

I have a client that has jsut installed timberline that has very limited reporting capability

Attached to timberline is Crystal report writer - I am looking for some assistance in creating reports, finding standard reports and using crystal - we have been left in the lurch by the vendor

Does anyone have crystal report writer experience - does it have the ability to drill down to the transaction level within the G/L - ie timberline

Also does anyone know how to export a timberline report to Excel
