Default Applix TM1:Cannot find intialization file tm1p.ini

Hi All,

Recently we had downgraded the TM1 version from 9.1 SP3 9.1.30200.132 to 9.1 SP3 9.1.30000.340. After downgrading all the users were fine, able to login and do what ever they want but there is one user who is getting a issue/Unable to login when clicked on TM1 Architect getting the following error message.

'cannot find initialization file.'tm1p.ini'in the window directory,'c:\windows',Architect can not run without this file.Exiting TM1 Architect'
Our TM1 installation directory is E:\Applix/TM1
Location for our TM1p.ini file is C:\Documents and settings/User/ApplicationData....

FYI..all the users existing on the same serevr are able to connect except one user.

Please give us some urgent solution.

Looking forward for yout prompt response.

Thanks in Advance.
